i recently purchased a certified used car and after 3 days the car wouldn't start and it had to be towed to dealership. out of the first 8 days i only drove my car 3 days. and, since owing my car, i have days the car wouldn't start and it had to be towed to dealership. out of the first 8 days i only drove my car 3 days. and, since owing my car, i have found many broken items. i'm not convinced that the 118-point inspection was done and i sure wish they would offer to do it. i left the service center very upset, voiced my disappointment and asked that they let the service manager know and no one has contacted me. i haven't purchased a car since 2010 (Infiniti) and it went smoothly. i had no idea how closely i should have inspected a car from Honda. terrible experience.
