Horrible experience!!! Tried to make a deal over the internet and by text, they offered me 2300.00 less than my car was worth and when I didn’t accept the (We are trying to STEAL your trade and make a internet and by text, they offered me 2300.00 less than my car was worth and when I didn’t accept the (We are trying to STEAL your trade and make a bunch of money off you) offer things went south from there. The sales guy or internet guy (which is ultimately the same sales guy either way) I guess was offended by me not wanting to be ripped off got nasty and smart with me instead of talking it out. Since when do smart mouth salesman get to talk to customers that way, when I was in the car business customers were important and car deals paid the bills and if we disrespected customers in any way ( you may lose your job). But I guess not at Earnhardt Kia.. Just so everyone knows that means you the nasty salesman/ internet sales Lol what a joke salesman at Earnhardt Kia is that there are other car dealers that I could buy from. More
