Doesn’t return phone calls, does not inform customer of delay in service. Was given bad information by Aly Lemieux. Took 3 hours to change oil and check battery. Service department is not good. Truck has broken front shock when I bought it. Brought in and set for 3 hours, they said it was a non ford shock and would have to order one. Call Truck has broken front shock when I bought it. Brought in and set for 3 hours, they said it was a non ford shock and would have to order one. Called 2 weeks later and had not ordered then they said it was a ford shock. So brought back in at 8 as was told, called at 12 and they had not started on it, finally got it changed. I asked them to also check the rear shocks because I heard rattling, they didn’t check. I ordered new rear shocks and changed myself I didn’t want to set in mesquite all day again, I live in St. George. More
