What started as a disappointing experience when I purchased my F-150 on Sept 9, 2025, has now turned into a complete nightmare. After a month of chasing the dealership for the repairs they promised to make before delivery, I was finally told to bring my truck back in on Mon, Nov 3. I was told it would be ready by Tue, Nov 4. Instead, I spent three days with zero proactive communication — no calls, no updates, nothing — unless I reached out first. When I finally picked up my truck on Thu, Nov 6, it was filthy — covered in dirt and dust like it had been sitting outside in the rain. I literally had to walk the lot for 10 minutes just to find it. Even through the grime, the scratches, chips, and swirl marks are still there — more than half the passenger side looks like it wasn’t even touched. The rear bumper dent is still there, and there’s now blue paint on the bed rail that wasn’t there before. This is not minor. This is thousands of dollars worth of cosmetic damage that was promised to be fixed before I ever signed the paperwork. I sent a detailed email with photos directly to management the same day, along with a fair and reasonable request: I’ll take it to a professional repair shop of my choice and they can cover the cost. It’s now been over 24 hours — no acknowledgment, no response, nothing. I’ve bought a dozen Ford vehicles over the last 15 years and currently own three Fords. I’ve always been loyal to the brand, but this experience has been beyond frustrating and frankly insulting. I trusted this dealership to do the right thing, and they’ve done the exact opposite. I’ve attached pictures of the truck in the condition I picked it up in — because words don’t do it justice. I’m still hopeful someone in leadership at Ken Garff Ford West Valley decides to take accountability and make this right. But as of now, I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. ***Initial Review Below:*** Extremely Disappointed — Broken Promises After Purchase I’m deeply disappointed to be writing this, especially after what initially seemed like a wonderful experience at Ken Garff Ford West Valley when we purchased our new F-150 on September 9, 2025. When we arrived that evening, our salesperson Sean greeted us promptly and showed us the truck we came to see — which had already been pulled up front. However, it was immediately clear that the vehicle had visible damage: Deep scratches down the passenger side, from the front door to the rear fender (looked freshly done) A large dent in the rear bumper and a damaged step pad A door ding on the driver’s front door Scratches on the roof and even on the glass Plus, the paint was covered in severe swirl marks and water spots When I pointed these out, Sean assured us it would be “no problem at all” and that the dealership’s vendor would fix everything before or shortly after delivery. On good faith, and trusting that promise, we moved forward — even paying full asking price, adding every one of the dealership’s upsells (despite knowing some were not necessary), and leaving that night confident in the integrity of the team. Since then, I’ve reached out multiple times by phone, text, and email to Sean and the dealership, with no response. The only message I received was one text from Sean saying he would check with the Used Car Manager — and then nothing. It’s now been almost a full month of silence. I spent over $50,000 on this truck, and I’ve been a lifelong Ford owner — 12+ Ford vehicles over the last 15 years, currently own 3 Fords today. But this has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. I have photos documenting every issue and will be sharing them here. I genuinely hope management sees this and reaches out — because as it stands, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I wanted to make 5 negative stars but it wont let me. .. I was looking to buy a new truck 1 year ago and I wanted a loaded up truck a f-350 Platinum well Ken Garff kept posting 1 for sale and I would inq .. I was looking to buy a new truck 1 year ago and I wanted a loaded up truck a f-350 Platinum well Ken Garff kept posting 1 for sale and I would inquire on it and they would say it was sold. Well they keep their ad up for a couple months and I keep checking on it but I was told its sold come on down we have other low end trucks. I did not want a low end truck! Finally I called again and to my surprise it was for sale at 5k over MSRP. Well this truck was hard to find and so I went down to them and they F****ed with me on it so i went home no sale that day. Decided to go down again and had to meet there terms (pay over MSRP and use their financing) No one went over truck with me at all and I received NO paper work? huh? When I got home as I live an hour away looking at truck the driver seat (you know the edge that gets wore from getting in and out) looked like the truck had 50k miles on it. I also have problems with the Nav system and ford pass. So truck sat in garage all winter because of some surgeries I had. I took it out a few weeks ago and the driver side doors don't align so I took to a body shop and they think it was wrecked and repaired! Now I have problems with a 100k truck and Ken Garff does not help! Oh and when I asked about the leather seat to service they said to take it to this leather shop but the warranty does no cover it. I have been buying Brand new vehicles for 30 years now and NEVER had to deal with a dealer as poor as Ken Garff. This is the worst dealer in Utah hands down! BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! More
Bought a used Ram, within a week a had fuel issue. On the day I made my 2nd payment the engine had a issue. So that’s two payments made in the first 3 months and two major issues and it could be another month before I see it. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. More
Bought a Chevy Tahoe on May 29th 2023, A/C went out within a week, they did fix that, after having it for a week,then a week and a half later, vehicle started running really rough, sluggish at getting within a week, they did fix that, after having it for a week,then a week and a half later, vehicle started running really rough, sluggish at getting to freeway speeds, popping sounds from front and rear, called and spoke to Ron in service, he said it was our problem and call extended warranty, which we did and they told us had to wait 30 days for contract to go into effect, just took it to the shop and $4,000 worth of repairs on a supposedly certified used vehicle, have called don't there multiple times and left messages for Scott Adams (sales manager) or that's who receptionist says I need to talk to, will not return a single phone call, they got their money for purchase and couldn't care less!!! More
Purchase a Bronco out of state and circumstances changed where I needed to change contract address. Steve in F&I refuses to recontract saying it’s my fault that I didn’t give correct address upfront.
