I've bought a few cars in my lifetime, but nothing quite prepared me for the Ken Grody Ford experience — and I mean that in the best possible way. From the moment we walked in, the team was attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure we left happy. Then, in a plot twist nobody saw coming, the entire dealership lost power. Lights out. Systems down. Full blackout. Most places would've sent us home and called it a day. They kept us comfortable, consistently updated, and I kid you not, bought us dinner as well. By the time the lights came back on and the computers fired back up, we were still there, ready to sign, and honestly kind of impressed. They stayed right until the very end to make sure we drove away in our car that night. That's great customer service with a whole different level of dedication. Highly, highly recommend this Ford dealership. Now let's talk about Erick, our salesman, because this man deserves his own paragraph. From the start, Erick listened. We knew exactly what we wanted: a specific color, features and zero runaround. Erick didn't flinch. He made it happen and had the car waiting for us at the dealership the very next day. No games, no bait-and-switch, no disappearing acts. Just straight-up, no nonsense, get it-done energy wrapped in a genuinely great attitude. So much so, he also stayed behind during the power outage after his shift ended 2 hours earlier to he explain the important features of the car to us, and hand over the keys. If you're heading to Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park, ask for Erick. Seriously, you will thank me later. More

Ken Grody Ford is the best place to buy a vehicle! I had an experience that I have never had at other dealerships. Angel Cruz in sales introduced himself to me and explained differences between the fo I had an experience that I have never had at other dealerships. He told me about how the 2025 new models were clearanced $10,000 cheaper(Good deal). But I chose 2026 and Mr. Cruz (Angel) had the color that I wanted brought over with everything I wanted in it! He had it washed and showed me the fabulous, astronomically expensive service area! (Really impressive) I was introduced to Anthony Azurduy (Finance Manager) who was nice, professional, and fast! He was able to bring the interest rate even lower! Purchased a 10 year warranty for a fair price! They made a little money, but I saved alot overall! Everyone there is like a family and you leave feeling like your part of the family. Just for the experience I would recommend going there to see what good deals they have to offer! You won't regret it and I will definitely be back to Orange County Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park. More
