Purchases a brand new honda sport and was told oil changes would be free the first year. They only honored the first oil change. Shady business practice. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Our salesman Ryan Borchardt was great! He was very attentive and made sure that my son and I found cars that were the right fit for us. All team members work together for the customer. That 1st salesman circled back to us later to see what we had decided and made sure we had a good experience. They really care that you find what fits your need. We traded in a car and were given a fair price. They have straightforward pricing which is great! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Ken Vance Honda again! More
Fearing a new tire was in order since my tire pressure indicator (tpms) consistently stayed on the dash board, I went to Ken Vance Honda and asked Service Advisor Leanna Putzke if she could help me. She indicator (tpms) consistently stayed on the dash board, I went to Ken Vance Honda and asked Service Advisor Leanna Putzke if she could help me. She immediately went into the garage, checked all four of my tires and found that each one had lost 5 lbs. She refilled each tire and recalibrated the tpms, all within 15 minute. She located the issue, solved the problem and had me on my way within minutes. I'm happy to know that Ken Vance has women as well as men on his team of knowledgeable, proficient Service Advisors. I will definitely ask for Advisor Leanna next time my Honda needs servicing. More
We had 10:00 appt, didn't get help until we'll after 11:30. Our salesman was busy with someone else! So we come in a week later and wanted help with minor issues.
