We decided to visit Kendall Ford of Marysville with the intention of buying a 2025 Raptor given we could put together a deal that was more advantageous than buying a 2026. When it came time for negotiations, Guillermo brought in Zane to present their second proposal and attempt to defend the trade value on our Bronco. Zane proceeded to bring up politics and made a comment regarding taxes and RTA licensing fees that the “democrats” implemented. The lack of professionalism was extremely off putting and only got worse from there. I can only assume that Zane knew absolutely nothing about why we were interested in trading our Bronco for a Raptor. He went onto tell us that he had to take $38k when trading in his Bronco Everglades because they needed a third row for their four grandchildren. I explained unlike his buying motivations, ours were based on wants and not a need. This would’ve been the third Raptor that we’ve owned. He also failed to provide any context for his Bronco. For all we know it could’ve have had 100k miles and been in terrible condition. Anyhow, he was visibly angry at this point. I told him that apparently we needed to do some more research. Sound Ford for example had priced a similar 2025 Raptor for under MSRP. He went onto to tell us that they were being sued for advertising misleading prices. None of that really mattered at that point. I had decided I wasn’t interested in a 2025. Especially given the fact that 2026 Raptor models were in transit, had a few additional options and the most recent MSRPs were exactly the same on both the 2025 and 2026s. Zane went onto tell me that wasn’t the case as Ford has 4 or 5 price increases throughout the year. I explained that the window stickers had already been generated on the in transit 2026s and that those prices wouldn’t be changing. We had had enough of Zane’s lack of professionalism, misleading comments and quite frankly an overall approach of part ignorance and lack of skillset that you’d expect from someone that was new to the car business. The following day Guillermo called to find out if we had gone to Sound Ford after we left. I explained that we had not gone to Sound Ford or any other dealership for that matter. We had decided that we’d rather purchase a 2026. While I was speaking, Guillermo repeated mmmm, oh, mmmmm. This wasn’t a follow up call. This was an attempt to troll me. I have owned more than 20 vehicles and this was the worst experience that I’ve had when attempting to make a purchase. Fortunately, there are numerous Ford dealers within a short drive. Do yourself a favor, don’t bother wasting your time at Kendall Ford of Marysville. More
Though I didn’t end up buying from here, it wasn’t due to lack of awesome employees or competitive pricing, I was just looking for a very specific vehicle they didn't have in stock at any of their dealership lack of awesome employees or competitive pricing, I was just looking for a very specific vehicle they didn't have in stock at any of their dealerships. The salesman was extremely friendly and listened to what I wanted, even trying to place me in a competitive vehicle. I still go here often for parts when I have to. Unfortunately that department is quite a bit overpriced and doesn’t participate in Ford’s website pricing. More

The guys at Kendall Ford really went out of their way to make our experience successful and enjoyable. Jake was knowledgeable, professional and amiable throughout the process. We had some unique challenge make our experience successful and enjoyable. Jake was knowledgeable, professional and amiable throughout the process. We had some unique challenges to overcome in order to close the sale, and the whole team at Kendall worked with us to come out with a solution that was, suffice it to say, outside of the box - but it worked! Our vehicle is in great condition for an "as-is" vehicle. No surprises or hidden defects after a week of driving. If there is any criticism of the sales process, it would have to be the "mug shot" that is required for an "as-is" vehicle in which the buyer must stand in front of the vehicle being purchased and pose for a picture while holding a sign clearly visible stating that they understand that the vehicle is an "as-is" with no warranty implied. If you have ever seen an old fashioned mug shot with the prisoner holding up the sign in front of them, you get the idea. Not only is this horrifically undignified, but it makes one seriously question the vehicle they are purchasing. I understand that there are reasons that Kendall Ford feels this is neccessary, but I believe a clearly worded disclaimer, signed by the purchaser, should be more than enough to successfully waive liability. Kendall needs to re-think this policy which strips the dignity from the buying experience and deeply harms the positive feelings that the sales staff works so hard to create for each customer there. All in all, I would still recommend purchasing a vehicle from Kendall Ford in Marysville, but perhaps not an "as-is" vehicle in order to avoid the mug shot! More

Dotan the salesman (rhymes, and has a ring to it) was great to work with negotiating and demonstrating the truck features. Had to wait a while for the extended warranty info and payment, but overall a pr great to work with negotiating and demonstrating the truck features.
