While we are grateful for your honesty, we are deeply concerned and truly sorry for the unacceptable experience you had during your visit to our service center. Please accept our most sincere apology. As a loyal customer who has supported us for years, your satisfaction is paramount, and the treatment you received is completely contrary to our standards of service. We want to assure you that we are taking your feedback with the utmost seriousness. Addressing Your Concerns The behavior you described—being treated rudely, dismissively, and being berated for simply following the posted service instruction to honk—is unacceptable. Every member of our team is expected to treat our customers, especially long-time loyal patrons like yourself, with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. Furthermore, we are extremely alarmed by your report of a staff member vaping inside the garage. This is a direct violation of our company policy and health standards, and we apologize that you were subjected to secondhand vapor while trying to obtain service. This will be addressed immediately as a serious conduct issue. Our Immediate Action We are taking immediate and serious action based on your detailed account.
