We came from the south suburbs of Chicago to look at a used truck. It was raining and cold but a salesman named John Zale came right out to help us. When we got there, the car was ready for a test drive and John's very informative about the car's specs and performance. It was my first ever car deal and John was not pressuring us to get the car, but instead he was patient enough to answer each and every questions we have. He was also nice enough to find a bank who could offer a much lower APR than what we already had. The Mazda CX-5's price was reasonable and the interior/exterior was still phenomenal even though it was used. Ken Freeland's very approachable. He explained everything to us in detail, most especially the advantages of insurance. Will definitely come back and recommend this dealership! Had an awesome experience with them! Definitely a 10/10!
