Been going there for years but this last visit to service for a strange noise my 2023 CX-5 just started making didn't go as planned. They said they heard the sound only when the A/C was on (which isn't the for a strange noise my 2023 CX-5 just started making didn't go as planned. They said they heard the sound only when the A/C was on (which isn't the case since we now hear it when A/C is off). They said they could find nothing wrong but something is obviously wrong. I will need to find another Mazda dealer to go to while this is still under factory warranty to get this resolved. I don't want to wait and have the warranty expire and have this issue not covered. Our purchase experience was fine But our first (and last) visit to the service department was very disappointing. The service manager and schedule had no motivation to develop positive customer relations. Fo visit to the service department was very disappointing. The service manager and schedule had no motivation to develop positive customer relations. For some reason they thought it acceptable to perform unauthorized work. Service manager has an indignant attitude. In the future I'll either visit another Mazda dealer, my local independent repair shop or just do it myself. Bye, Bye Kennedy Mazda! More
