I always feel heard when I speak with the service desk at
Kenny Ross Mazda. They don't try to pile on things I don't need, and their waiting area is comfortable and bright. Awesome service department!

Facilities were fine. Service manager was great. But 90 minutes for the oil change seemed long to me.
