They also checked how much brake capacity I had left, because I knew I was about to need service on it. They said I was good for a few thousand miles more, and then even washed off my car! He took the time to go over the exit interview with the car and told me call him if I have any issues. They were willing to work with me on my trade in to help me get the car I wanted. The dealership inside was spacious and they didn't swarm on me when I was looking. The only dissatisfied part in the process was I wasn't offered a beverage and the coffee that looked complimentary had no idea if I could use it or if there were any K-Cups to use. The Chairs at the negotiating areas where uncomfortable another small change would make it relaxing. Its the small things that make the customer comfortable. I spent a lot of time walking around while they were discussing my offer.. There was a seated area in the service area that you could not change the channel.
