We disclosed exactly what your charges will be, your 3rd party warranty from Carvana had a deductible, and items they would not cover. I recommend in the future to buy your vehicles and warranties from the dealer so these things don’t happen. Please revise this review as your dissatisfaction is with Carvana not us.

No you did not disclose my charges, per Alexis, it was a two stage operation to see if the problem was with one item, and if that didn't fix the issue there would be an additional step. no price was ever disclosed to me, however again per Alexis, she had to provide a cost to repair and submit it to Silver Rock. it's not my problem that she didn't "pad" the cost to cover everything that you were tasked to fix. Yes i have an issue with Carvana, but i also have an issue with Kerry Nissan. I am the customer wheather or not i bought the vehicle from a 3rd party or not. Nissan and Kerry by being a dealership should put customer service at the top of their priority list. let's take for example the additional obsevations & recommendations from Kerry Nissan. "As per vibration took on highway and road speed did not feel vibration but front end has loose plastic and was not repaired right would recc taking back to body shop"..."Did not feel vibration on highway or road speed 30-40 when in shop found front end loose plastic and radiator and air ducts not in right recc take back to body shop" As the Nissan representative, don't you think you should have "rapaired" this also? you seem to be more worried that i change my review against you so that you give the impression to be a reputable repair facility...again customer service not impressed and if i could give a more negative response i would.
