I traded in a vehicle with them on 9/5 it had an outstanding loan that was supposed to have a payoff on 9/25, on 9/30 I called my bank, the dealership hadn't sent a check yet. On the same day I called the dealership 6 times and left messages. Twice I actually spoke with someone who said they would send an email to the accounting department and get back to me. No one ever called me back. The check finally showed up on 10/3 and because it took so long I have an outstanding balance of $60 on the loan. In the meantime they already had my previous vehicle up for sale on their website. If you have a trade in I would go somewhere else. More

Absolutely terrible service center. The new owners have no Manager running this location and no one takes responsibility for any issues. We brought our vehicle in 3 times to get the e The new owners have no Manager running this location and no one takes responsibility for any issues. We brought our vehicle in 3 times to get the emergency brake fixed and they still couldn't fix it. We spend $3,000 total and the E-brake still didn't work. We had to take it to a different dealership service center, and they found parts/springs were missing on the rear E-brake system. So, we had to spend another $1,400 with them to re-pair the previous Newcastle debacle. On top of that, Newcastle wrecked the front of our vehicle while it was parked on their lot waiting for the E-brake parts for their fiasco repairs. Our vehicle was out of commission for another 3 weeks while the entire front end had to be repaired. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

Did not check tire pressure when rotating promaster tires. Wound up with 65psi in the back and 80psi in the front. Called to get it corrected left message 2 1/2 hours later had not received a call back tires. Wound up with 65psi in the back and 80psi in the front.
