We at Newcastle Chrysler are sorry we couldn't meet the expectations of this customer on the detailing of their Jeep. After hearing of the customers unhappiness, we offered to re-clean the vehicle and took extra care doing this. Again, the customer was not satisfied with the work. We were surprised to hear this as we have an excellent, experienced crew who detail many cars a week with no complaints. Not wanting an unhappy customer, we offered again to do a complete detail but the customer refused. At this point we mailed a refund check to the customer for the full amount they paid.
