STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! !! I brought my vehicle in February 2024 into because of all lights in my dash were on, the diagnose the gave was rodent damage. They said that the e !! They said that the engine wiring harness needed to be repaired or replaced. They gave me a loaner that had wires showing through the tires and they said it was "Their parts delivery vehicle" I had to complain to corporate about it being unsafe for me to get into an actual loaner. Was told that the wire tech quit and that they had to put the vehicle back together and figure out if I would have to take it somewhere else. Was told a wire tech from NH was supposed to come to New castle to replace the wire harness. At the end of May 2024 I received a call saying the jeep was done. Paid the bill turned the jeep on and all the lights on the dash were still on and I was told to "Drive it around for awhile they probably go out give us a call if they dont go out " they did not. I called and mentioned about the lights and they said "They repaired the left side it must be the right side is the problem, we only have one tech and he is booked out till August you should take it somewhere else." As of today may 31st issue still remains. In talks about a remedy to this issue. Almost $2000 dollars to receive a vehicle back with more lights on then I had when I brought it into them. More
The service department had my Jeep for over 5 weeks and never contacted me with information. I had to call and visit the dealer to obtain any information.
