Had a service appointment Monday May 6, 2024 for Oil and filter and tire rotation. I ended up dropping the car off at noon and unlike usual didn't wait this time. I went back at 3:30 and as it turned out they forgot to take it in for service so I had to wait for them to do it which wouldn't have been a big issue to me as that's never happened before and more importantly the rep took credit for the screw up. When I dropped it off, I told them that the last time they did a rotation they over inflated the tires 40 pounds vs manufactured recommendation of 37. I just got around to checking and the tires were over inflated again. 40 pounds instead of 37. Getting the tire pressure right is a pet peeve of mine, you read the label in the door jam and adjust the pressure accordingly. I'm not going to go back to get them to do it right as it is not worth my time, I'll just fix it again which I shouldn't have to do given this was a paid service in the first place. Very disappointing twice in a row now the same issue and i mentioned it prior to the service the second time. More
Terrible. I don't know how you call the person that worked on our Jeep a "technician" . Not aware why vehicle is in for repair when service rep was told about issue. Unable to repair set up another appointment we dropped car off for second appointment received a call from service department was told about issue. Took the van in for transmission slippage. First it was need for new pan gasket, 7 days later it was need for a new transmission, several days later it was it will be OK with new gasket and ch First it was need for new pan gasket, 7 days later it was need for a new transmission, several days later it was it will be OK with new gasket and change of fluid, then it was back to need a new transmission. The service report I recieved when I towed the van to another repair facility only showed the first diagnosis. I am unsure whether they did anything. There was a sign on the white board behind the desk when I took the van in that said "they were under new management" More
