I’m not sure what happened to the service department but the last two visits have not been great. Last month the Service Manager told me that a check engine light comes on when a scan tool is hooked up. Now the last two visits have not been great. Last month the Service Manager told me that a check engine light comes on when a scan tool is hooked up. Now I pulled in with no engine light on and I know that isn’t the case. Honesty is important and before driving away I should have been told hey upon diagnosing your light is on. This last time I didn’t realize I had a $100 warranty deductible so when ai said it should be covered and pricing is checked, I would expect to be informed yes it’s covered but you have a $100 deductible. This would have influenced my decision to spend $500 on a service. So “free” got costly and was unexpected. I don’t know where the former employees all went but they were much better: Jeremy, Udis? Had been there a while and always explained everything to a T. More
