Working with this dealership was the worst customer experience I’ve had as a business owner or consumer. I was truly at a loss for words with the lack of communication, delays, and inability to access experience I’ve had as a business owner or consumer. I’m more than understanding about some of the challenges that businesses can face in difficult situations. However this went well beyond a reasonable timeframe and lack of consideration. My work van was at this dealership for almost 3 months. That time was filler with hoop jumping, limited to no communication, inability to access anyone over telephone or email that can answer my questions, capped off finally by the GM offering to trade my only 2 year old van in (which I bought from this place) for a new one with them as the only solution. Will never be back and will actively look to trade in all of my ram vehicles so that I never have to deal with this again. More

She was very good about helping me with the original issue of the coolant system that was being serviced.
