It was a typical sales experience until JJ came over to the desk to talk with me instead of the back and forth. I feel I need to say I was on the phone with insurance for a bit and it made Robert Kempf mor the desk to talk with me instead of the back and forth. I feel I need to say I was on the phone with insurance for a bit and it made Robert Kempf more and more anxious even saying things like "this is NOT good" which made me more nervous as the morning progressed. I was also told that they could go get the plates for me, but did not inform me that it would take 4 days for them to have someone to do it so I did it myself. I wouldn't have been at this specific dealer if they didn't happen to have the Subaru I wanted. All in all my experience was good More

Made appointment for oil change and warranty issue. Time of appointment was 9:15 arrived at 8:45 greeted by service advisor. Waited for 1hour and out the door with everything done.
