Absolutely super dealership! Our salesman, Floyd Weatherspoon, was very helpful...I'd recommend this dealership and classy, friendly, and professional salesman to anyone. Very attentive to individual customer's needs -- great experience. Our family has purchased automobiles from Key Chrysler since 1993 and we've always been very satisfied with all aspects of the car-buying experience -- great salespersons, excellent quality service department, and a personable and friendly dealership owner.

I usually HATE, car salemen, they pressure you to BUY ANYTHING, just so they make a sale. Not here, we were suprised on how nice and helpful every one was. Dwayne was very helpful and informative. Highly recommend any one shopping for a car to check this place out.

My Review of Key Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Dodge Ram:
My wife and I have visited several local car dealers in the past two weeks and the experience we had at Key Chrysler was the most rewarding. I would be amiss if I did not express my surprise and disappointment with the absence of customer parking. However, the warm and friendly reception we received from Mr. Dwayne Cornett quickly made up for that disappointment.
The weather was a bit chilly, however, Mr. Cornett endured that while we looked at every possible vehicle for the correct fit. Please thank him for enduring our whims until we found exactly what the Jones family wanted. He did not try to pressure us into accepting something we did not want, he rather showed what we wanted to see and explained in the proper details until something clicked.
We then proceeded to his desk, talked a bit more about price, what was available in rebates and discounts, and he listened to what we had in mind. He then left and conferred with management and returned with a proposal that was most understandable and acceptable. The overall initial encounter was very enjoyable. We applied a rating of 10.
Mr. Bob Peterson, the Financial Manager, was equally accommodating. We found him to be very knowledgeable, through and efficient. I know he had accomplished a bit of up front work before we were asked to join him in his office, but in less than 30 minutes he had explained the entire process, all documents signed and we rejoined Mr Cornett for the final acceptance of the vehicle we purchased.
During the approximately 3 hours we spent at the dealership, we found everyone we encountered to be friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you Key Chrysler for a very rewarding experience.

This was a great experience. I usually try to purchase cars through the internet department, but this time did it in person. We were pleasantly surprised. Lots of personal attention, they weren't pushy, but were extremely professional and friendly. And they gave us a great deal. We'll be back!

This by far exceeds all new car buying experiences that I have and I'm 60, so there were many.
From my first inquire with Alex via e-mail to signing on the dotted line with Bob, it was quick and I was well informed what was going on every step of the way.
I would highly recommand this TEAM to anyone in the new or used car market.
What a relief to be treated like a customer with them knowing that my time is as valuable as thier's.

Service was great, work with me on the payment and will be back when I get my next vehicle. I email for price of vehicles and Alex Tody email me back fast and with jeep prices. I seen what I like and went in and work with saleman Joe, forget his last name, but he was a great help. Really like the dealership and the people that work there, friendly, and give you the feeling that they care. I will be back when I get my next vehicle.
