I had some recalls on my truck so I took it in 3 weeks ago to have them done. One was side curtain airbags ( had to drop the headliner) when I picked my truck back up the headliner had greasy hand prints in the rear and 3 of the 4 the pilar moldings had damage from being removed with a screw driver instead of a trim tool. I called the service mgr ( Kelly) and he told me to bring the truck back so he could look at my complaints, While showing him the damages he stated what I was showing him was minor and said he had never had a customer complain about things so small. My point is the damages was not there when I dropped my tuck off so I would not accept it with the damages that are there, he laughed and walked away telling to call Chris Tobe ( GM). I left 3 messages for Chris over the course of 4 days before he called back saying he had only received one message, He had me bring the truck back so he could inspect his self, he had parts order new pilar covers and detail to clean the headliner, they called to inform me that my parts are in and scheduled me in to get it done. When I went to drop my vehicle off they had no record of me coming in. They got my truck done the following day and called to tell me to pick it up, I went to get the truck and noticed the NEW driver side pilar cover has more damage than it did before I refused to take my truck and once again and have tried to reach Chris Tobe again with no success, at this point I am waiting on my attorney to return my call to get this issue resolved my vehicles will now go to dave dennis for all repairs/new purchases
