Overall very good experience. Started with email exchange with Alex. She was very prompt and informative in her replies. Some other dealerships took several days to respond and then continued to badger me after I chose to go to Key. Came out to test drive and met Joe. He was very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. Got a follow-up phone call a couple days after first test driving. i did my homework and decided exactly what i wanted and what I hoped to pay for it. After test driving a 2nd time, I was ready to buy. The negotiations took some time as the exact vehicle was not available and I was not willing to pay for options that I didn't want. Joe was straight up honest when i asked about the "delivery fee." Being less than 200 miles from the Jeep factory where my vehicle would be built, he admitted that I was basically paying extra so offset the cost to ship vehicles elsewhere int he country. I appreciated his candor even if I really didn't want to pay the fee. After some time, we agreed on ordering exactly what i wanted and the price came in vary close to what I was hoping for.
I will highly recommend Key to anyone interested in a Chrysler, Jeep, or Dodge. If Chrysler or Dodge come out with a small convertible, I will likely be back when my wife needs a new car.

My purchase of a 2013 Dodge Charger was the best experience in buying a car I have ever had and I have bought several. Alex Abdull was fantastic! I will recommend him and Key Chrysler Jeep Dodge to everyone I know. Very stress free purchase. Alex even let us take a similar vehicle to the one we purchasing home for the weekend to see if our daughter's would be okay in the vehicle since they were not with us at the time. This really helped us decide if the vehicle was right for our family. When I buy another vehicle, I will first go to Key!!! Keep up the great work!!!

This is the third car my family has purchased from Joey and the second for myself. This time it was for my fiance' and I who are both rebuilding our credit from previous divorces. Joey and the staff at Key made us feel like we were just every other customer they see and treated us with the utmost of respect and kindness.

I started out at Key Chrysler in Xenia to promote Organ Donation. During the live promos everyone was so nice and supportive. Terry Tobey was engaging enough to make me want to come back and look for a used car, which I did need. Thanks to the friendliness and hard work of Joey Carrico I am now driving a new Jeep Compass and am loving it. Joey was patient, friendly, insightful and just an overall nice guy. I appreciated the time that he took and his understanding of what our needs and concerns were with purchasing a new car. He was fabulous and put me right at ease. He even came to get my car a few days later so that the protection could be done, as that department was closed by the time we finished the deal on the car. I am amazed at the friendly attitude of everyone at Key Chrysler - had not always had that type of experience at other dealerships. I love my car and have told everyone about our wonderful experience. Tell Terry that the next time he does a live promo I want to drive one of the cars as a major supporter of Key Chrysler - lol. We came in on a Saturday drove several cars; decided on a Dodge Dart Rallye. Did not have a black one on the lot; found one and by Thursday we had our new car with everything that we had wanted on it. They took care of us and spent their time with us; did not rush us at all. We have bought numerous cars from this dealership and have always been very satisifed.

I only had $4,000 to spend. I needed a car and I needed it to be mechanically sound. I looked on Autotrader.com for cars at dealerships in my price range. I'm a big man, so I only looked at SUVs. I narrowed my choices to 6 vehicles and called all the dealerships representing each one. THIS one, a 2000 Ford Explorer Sport, was the ONLY one that was honestly advertised. It isn't a perfect car, but it's a good one. Runs well, everything works, and if it has a few cosmetic flaws, well that's only to be expected. They sold it to me for $3,500 and a full tank of gas. I couldn't be happier with the folks at Key.

Joey and Rich were Excellent!!!! I made my purchase from Joey for 3 reasons. 1. He was straight with me. If he did not have the answers for me he was upfront about it and found the answers and got back to me. 2. He is the first salesman that has not been afraid to tell me answers he knew I did NOT want to hear, but gave me the honest truth instead. 3. And most important of all, he was not pushy. I did not ever hear the "Lets get you in this _____ today" line followed by the usual BS we all expect to hear from a salesman. All my questions were answered, he found what I wanted and let me come to my own decision at my own pace. Thank You. That will bring me back.

My only reason for the overall experience being a 4 is, I cant remember who it is (Not Joey) that I sat down to write the check with after I made the commitment to buy, a 3rd party extended warranty was pushed VERY hard on me without really any explanation of how it worked.

I will do business again with Joey

From the minute we entered the dealership we did not feel overwhelmed or pressured. The entire staff, from the manager at the front door to Alex Addull, our salesperson to Bob Peterson in financing we felt like they wanted us happy and weren't trying to push us. Alex was honest and up front with us. I loved working with him. In the past and granted it has been six years since we purchased a new car we sat in dealerships for hours on hours. Alex us home in a vehicle overnight and said "make sure you are happy." That comment sold me right away. We have never had a dealer do that. He was overwhelmingly patient during our back and forth of what vehicle we wanted. He never seemed agitated with us. In financing Bob was so friendly, personable and told us he would get us the best deal. We felt he did that. What I loved about him was that we didn't spend hours on paperwork. He told us he would keep us updated via phone and did just that. I will never purchase from another dealership other then Key Chrysler of Xenia. They have a remarkable team and I would market their name any day. Our car is awesome, but the service was better. Thank you Alex, Bob and the entire professional staff at Key Chrysler of Xenia!!!
