I have been going there for car repairs and maintenance on my Hyundai Sonata 2006 for over 2 years. Due to recent problems with last 4 months visits I will no longer be bringing my car there. They took 1. on my Hyundai Sonata 2006 for over 2 years. Due to recent problems with last 4 months visits I will no longer be bringing my car there. They took 1.5 hours to do a pre-scheduled oil change that they normally do in 35 min., they snapped of engine cover bolts two separate times and failed to notify me (I discovered this when I opened my hood). Also, they falsely informed me that I needed new breaks, when I set up an appointment to have this done they informed me that in actuality I had over 50% of my pads left. They told me I was due to have my belt changed when in reality I have a chain, not a belt. Lastly they over billed me 2.5 hours for a job that took them 1.5 hours from start to finish. Of the employees there that I've spoken with most come off as rude and agitated. I will say that Lee is extremely professional, informative, and honest. They will no longer be receiving my business. This dealer was absolutely no help after I experienced a stress crack in the windshield of my 2006 F150 that I recently purchased from them. They denied repair on the windshield, telling me to go through my insurance. The service writer was also unprofessional and borderline abusive over the phone. DO NOT spend your hard-earned money with Salem Ford! More
