Would not recommend. Went to take my new Honda Civic si (manual transmission) for a basic oil and lube but for some reason had the car on a 20 min test drive without my permission or consent. I saw this o (manual transmission) for a basic oil and lube but for some reason had the car on a 20 min test drive without my permission or consent. I saw this on the GPS and my camera. Then when the service guy pulled my car up to ring me up for the service it starts to roll away and down the drive way and hit a parked car. I was running after it to try and stop it and jumped in before it hit but it was to late and I injured my shoulder. He never put the parking brake on. They still tried to blame me and say it was something I did to the car before I brought it. And treated me like crap telling me to pay for damages out of pocket. Do not take your cars to woodland hills Honda. Akbar is the service guy who I went to and he was the last one to drive the car. More

The first o I've had two bad experiences at this dealership, and I'm finally done with it. Shady, bait-and-switch tactics, dishonest, and rude. The first one was with their sales department. My lease was coming to an end, so I called the dealership and spoke to Reza on the phone asking about APR rates. After giving him extensive information over the phone, he said he could definitely get me at an APR of 3.9. After that, I made an appointment with him and drove down to the dealership. I show up, fill out the paperwork, and then Reza presents me with an APR that was double what he quoted me (even with high credit score). After the shock, I tell him the APR was too high, so I was going to pass. I let him know that I wasn't happy that he quoted me something different over the phone and made me drive to the dealership for this. He then proceeds to ask me what I want my APR to be. He said he had "friends" at the bank that could give me the APR and payment I wanted. Shady much? After some back and forth, he magically comes back with an APR of 4.2. He said that was the best his "friends" could do. I was very bothered by the entire situation, so my bf showed up. We talked to the manager who defended Reza, and wasn't much help. Buyer beware! The second bad experience happened today with their service department. The gentleman that helped me was John Tataryan, and he let me know that the service I requested wasn't enough. He said I needed more services (which were more expensive), and he showed me the quotes. After asking him questions about the different types of services and why I needed them, he proceeded to tell me that maybe I didn't want to go with the more expensive service because I couldn't afford it. He further insulted me by saying he could help me out by giving me a $20 coupon (for a $350 service that was originally supposed to be $109). I asked him to cancel my appointment and left. After these two horrible experiences, I will not be returning to this Woodland Hills location and hope this never happens to anyone else. More
Terrible Dear whom concern It has got to the point that I have to write something about how the service department is at Honda dealership in Woodland Hills Dear whom concern It has got to the point that I have to write something about how the service department is at Honda dealership in Woodland Hills California, I have been taking my car for service ever since I got my HR-V Honda and every time there are different issues which no one cares about. For instance poor service, poor carwash, new scratches on vehicle, wet seats, soap marks inside the car, never get a call when car is ready, Typo email address, I feel like I’m being ignored. Not happy at all what so ever and I will continue emailing until it gets someone’s attention and do something about it. I will not give up and I just can’t wait for my lease to be over at Honda and will never lease from there. Thank you Mack Habashi/Mahin zomorodnia More

When the car was ready for pick-up, the service advisor told us that we needed a front and rear brake job and an alignment. We declined service because about 2 months ago we purchased four brand new tires, alignment the works and they also perform a vehicle inspection brakes, shocks, struts etc. and told us that everything was fine! We took the vehicle to my cousin shop and told him if he could do a brake job (since Honda said we needed it) but once he inspected the vehicle before he did the job, he told us that a brake job was not necessary and it was still good and basically told us that Honda was recommending false service and ripping is off. For the past 2 days, I've been trying to get ahold of the service manager (I believe his name is Jack) left messages today and yesterday and still hasn't returned my calls! I did call and report it to Honda Corporation located in the city of Torrance. I'm happy to say that I will never return and give my business to Honda Woodland Hills and we are thinking about trading the Honda and getting another brand vehicle since we don't trust Honda no more! So beware of Honda of Woodland Hills since they will recommend unnecessary services to their customers!!! More
