They pretend to be helpful and kind but they especially the owner Yasser Youssry are the complete opposite of honest. Jay from Delran just tickles your ear but never fixes anything. Patrick and Louis are the same. They make a bunch of promises with zero action. The new GM Tom at the Berlin location tried to help however the lying owner stopped him. Thankfully I have proof of everything and have reported them to the state, the BBB, the FTC and have filed suit with Camden County. This could have been avoided if the owner and Keystone representatives were honorable and simply fixed the issues when I reported them . Here we are almost a year later and they still refuse to comply. Save yourself the headache and do NOT purchase from them! The owner does not care to remedy issues and forces consumers to report the business and pursue legal action. More
