Brought my Carnival in for a tire losing 10 pounds of air on the front passenger side of the car every 2 days. It was under warrantee. Had to pay for it because the dealership wasn't in the network. The service department then as I found out 2 days later when the tire they were supposed to replace went flat again, that the service department replaced the front driver's side tire instead. It was a real inconvenience to me because I am partially disabled and even though they made good on replacing their mistake, it cause me a lot of my own time and pain. I did not have a lot of time since I was packing up to drive to NY the next day with someone else who.had flown down to help me. The rating of 4 is because they made good and fit me in quickly. If that had not occurred my rating would have been a two. More

Nicole Pascual is a great Service representative. But there is much room for improvement for Service technicians on the backend. My child and infant car seats were removed and placed unsecured on top But there is much room for improvement for Service technicians on the backend.
