Marshall was courteous and kept us informed throughout the process. We were in the market for a 2017 Kia Sportage- my 90 year old grandmother was ready to trade in her 2011 model. After checking out some Chattanooga dealerships, including Kia of Chattanooga and Infiniti of Chattanooga, we decided to expand our search. Boy are we glad we did! We got a trade in offer nearly double that of what Infiniti of Chattanooga offered us. The actual transaction was very quick. We were in and out in thirty minutes. Vernon was quick to help and got the deal completed quickly. Amber was so kind and friendly while we waited for our trade in to be inspected. I can’t say thank you enough to Kia of Rainbow City for their kindness and efficiency. Definitely worth the drive!! More
