Had my 2nd service on 1/27/24 and it seemed as if everything was good. When I confirmed that my oil change was in fact free, I was told yes as long as you pay for the recommended service. So I paid $80 for service on a car that has 9,000 miles on it. So be it, I guess I can just go elsewhere to get service then. Kicker, the following day on Sunday, 1/28/24 I received a text & email saying I missed my appointment. WHAT? Then when I spoke to the dealership on Monday, 1/29/24 I was told that apparently I made my appointment under the wrong phone number which prompted those messages. NOPE I made the appointment on the KIA app which clearly has my phone number. Sales was amazing but the service department has made me determine I will never buy there again. More

I had my first service appointment for my new Forte today and I couldn't be happier. The entire experience from start to finish was very pleasant. They answered all my questions, made suggestions and gave me and I couldn't be happier. The entire experience from start to finish was very pleasant. They answered all my questions, made suggestions and gave me up front pricing. They also got everything done 1/2 hr sooner than they promised! Excellent customer service.
