Ricardo was helpful and friendly. He texted me with recommended services for my Kia Soul and completed the ones I selected in a reasonable amount of time. I have a service plan that was sold as covering all services for the car for 3 years, from this same dealership. However, it turns out the plan only covers oil changes, and I was charged for the cabin services for the car for 3 years, from this same dealership. However, it turns out the plan only covers oil changes, and I was charged for the cabin air filter. So either the plan was a scam, or the service dept is charging for services that are included in my plan. Either way, I feel misled and/or ripped off. More
