This place used to be great but something has changed. Waited 4 hours in February just to find out they needed to order parts for my recall. Scheduled an appoint in May for the recall. After 2.5 hours I was told the parts were never ordered. After more investigation, I was told the parts were actually ordered, but I needed to leave the car for 1 - 1.5 days to be repaired, even though during scheduling I was told 4 hours. No loaner cars on hand so I would have been stranded and expected to walk 20+ miles home? I plan on finding another dealership to deal with. There is clearly no respect for their customers or our time. More

I purchased a 2022 BMW 430i xDrive from the Kia dealership at Riverdale. The car was listed for $36,900, but when I went to the dealership, they added an $8,000 protection package and told me it was mandatory. I objected to this and refused to pay the extra amount. After I bought the car, they told me they would wash it. During the wash, I noticed that they had broken my original windshield. They promised to fix it and replace it with an original part. When I picked up my car from the service, I saw that they had installed a Chinese-made windshield instead of the original one. I called the dealership and pointed out that the windshield was not original and that they had promised to replace it with an original one. They denied it, claiming that they had done me a "favor" by replacing the windshield. Who would accept this? You buy a 2022 model car and find out that the windshield is not original, and this is not your fault. This has been a huge disappointment for me. I would definitely not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
The main lesson I’ve learned about purchasing a Kia is to never buy another one. My k5’s rotors are warped for the 2nd time and the car only has 21k miles and it was bought from this dealership in July 2023. never buy another one. Kia covered it the first time when it had the issue at 9K miles and now it’s happening again. I went back to this dealership to fix it and when I explained the issue, the representative laughed and said “are you heavy on the pedal”. This was very unprofessional and the service was very disappointing. It is well known that k5 owners are having the same issues with rotors being warped. Kia needs to stop installing poor quality rotors that are prone to warping. I regret buying k5 specifically and don’t recommend this dealership. More
You're on your own as soon as they finalize the transaction---no one will help you. their service department is a joke. they took a total of 4 hours to replace a tire and tpms sensor on a brand transaction---no one will help you. their service department is a joke. they took a total of 4 hours to replace a tire and tpms sensor on a brand new 2024 kia K5, only for me to find out they put in a used sensor from a GM truck that leaked and didn't work---not to mention they never found the original sensor from my wheel that they lost (or stole?) ****DO-NOT GO HERE**** WORST DEALERSHIP EVER-HAD MY CAR OVER 2 HOURS WENT TO COLLECT IT AND THEY HADNT EVEN LOOKED AT THE CAR YET. IT WAS A BROKEN HANDLE. NO COMMUNICATION. The service dept. used to be superb before new owners took over in 2020. Went in for an oil change and they put in synthetic oil without asking or telling me. When I went to pay, I was shocked at the price -- double the conventional oil price. Service Manager said Kia recommends synthetic oil for all oil changes as of January 2022. I called Kia USA to check and this NOT true. Avoid this dealership, they list me as a customer after years of service there. More
Made appointment for 30K mile service. Promised a loaner by sales manager. Dropped off car, no loaner available. Service guy had no idea of any loaner reservation. Told me to wait and they can do the job right there so I would be out in an hour. Told them that was kind of a rush job for a 30K service. They assured me everything would be fine. About 1.5 hours later car ready. Left dealer and made U-turn on RT 23 North at which point the car began overheating. Dash light on, and warning sound alerted. I was in left lane, had to cut over two lanes, accidentally cut off a pickup who almost slammed into me in order to pull into the gas station, across from Kia of Riverdale (totally my fault, but that's what happens when panic sets in and it feels like your car is going to shut down on the highway). Tech drove over and fixed the problem. End result, due to the service being rushed, the tech failed to ensure that there was no air in the cooling system (at least that's what he told me). I completely had to rearrange my evening with shuffling kids to practice and putting my wife in a bind. Sales manager apologized for the "little hiccup". More
