Most current example was yesterday, 9/21/17 John Diaz and his staff have always DONE AN EXCELLENT job every time that I brought my car in for service. Most current example was yesterday, 9/21/17, when I brought my car in for a 30k check up and oil change. I brought my car in earlier than the scheduled 1pm appointment ( about an hour earlier) John indicated to me that the job would take 4 hours, but instead assigned two technicians to get started earlier. By the time I got back from my walk, the 30k check up was completed in about a little over an hour. AGAIN A JOB WELL - DONE, and VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. I recommend a nice BONUS for Mr. John Diaz.
