My husband and I were looking for a new car since ours was almost 14 years old, and it was showing its age. After doing our research, we picked out a few makes and models in our price range to test drive was almost 14 years old, and it was showing its age. After doing our research, we picked out a few makes and models in our price range to test drive. At the Kia dealership Jon and Ernesto were very friendly and professional. Ernesto was very knowledgeable about the Kia product, and , especially, about the Soul which we were interested in. He was very patient and answered all our questions. When we decided to purchase the Soul, Jon went crazy trying to get us the titanium color, but we ended up buying the denim color which was our second choice.We have gotten a lot of compliments on the car and the color since we got it a few weeks ago. We really enjoyed working with everyone at Kia, especialy Ernesto. He is a great asset to the sales team , and he made the whole car buying process easy for us. We love our Soul, and have sent several people to the dealership and Ernesto. We are looking forward to enjoying our Soul for the next 14 years! More

I was looking for an inexpensive car. Ernesto and Jon suggested the Kia Soul. I would have never considered the Soul on my own. Jon quoted me a price so close to my price range that it made me consider suggested the Kia Soul. I would have never considered the Soul on my own. Jon quoted me a price so close to my price range that it made me consider taking the Soul out for a test drive. They were very patient with me as I went back twice to test drive it both times to be sure that I want to lease it. Jim made the leasing process painless. Ernesto was always willing to stay late and accomodate me if I couldn't get out of work early. Their friendliness and professionalism gave me nothing but a pleasant experience at this Kia dealership. I will highly recommend this dealership. More

I went to the dealership the first day they opened.Had I went to the dealership the first day they opened.Had no cars in the showroom and a few on the lot.Met my sales person (the only one) Ernesto and s I went to the dealership the first day they opened.Had no cars in the showroom and a few on the lot.Met my sales person (the only one) Ernesto and sales mgr. Jon,and both were very helpful in selecting the right car to meet my needs. Picked up the Soul 8/26/11 and to date I'm very happy with the performance.Jim Gay,the business manager,helped work out a lease deal.The entire process was quick and easy. It's an excellent dealership managed by professional personal. Will be sending many people to take a look at the Kia line of cars. More
