Love the vehicles from this dealership but the service department needs customer service training. They are very quick to charge for everything but they don’t really talk to you about what’s happening. Ye department needs customer service training. I walked in to get my car, nobody was there and 2 workers walked right by me without saying anything. Finally, an employee came in and I paid but they neglected to let me know that if I paid credit, I would be charged more than for debit. I had to ask why my total was more than I was told. More

Worst car dealer experience. The sales representative doesn’t know the car features. We picked up EV and ask about the tax rebate and his response is to talk to tax professional. I ask if the car have spare tire and he said he doesn’t know. We picked up the car with 31% battery only and he said they are closing and their charger is slow. I ask for charge car and he said they don’t do that. They ask for 5k down and did not take good care of our transaction. He even forgot to connect the phone to our new car. Very disappointed More

Lot of sick calls. You need to update people on status of their car. Instead of one hour it was almost four hours.
