Kightlinger Auto Sales responded

So after the transmission went out you had it fixed at a service station other than ours. Warranty required you to pay the $100 deductable and any taxes. If the vehicle was brought to me I would have gotten it done FREE of charge to you. You fail to tell everyone that the transmission went out again after the other repair station fixed it. You called us wanting to fix that service stations mistake under our warranty, Why would I warranty the other service stations work? They are the one who should be helping you. SO recap...the warranty does hold up, I warranty MY OWN WORK, not someone elses, the van was a great running van when it left, I cant be a majic man and tell you nothing will ever happen..used cars are used cars. We do our best. And $600 profit on the warranty?? How would you know.?

My family member did own this, took excellent car of it and she has all the service records from the time she bought it. NOT a lick of trouble. She upgraded to a newer vehicle is the only reason she sold it. I pulled strings to help you, actually cost me money out of my own pocket to put you into that vehicle. I felt I did good for you, especially since the vehicle you had just bought from the other dealership months prior to us had to have the motor replaced in it multiple times and you were clearly very unhappy. I understand it's upsetting, I dont ever wish these things to happen. But remember used cars are used cars. Thats why we encourage the wynn's warranty with the purchase of any used car.
