Talk is cheap here, but your car payment won't be I dealt with Rick. I was looking at buying a vehicle, and he did the standard used car sales pitch--took me for a test drive, talked up the vehicle. I I dealt with Rick. I was looking at buying a vehicle, and he did the standard used car sales pitch--took me for a test drive, talked up the vehicle. I got the standard low ball offer for my trade, and having access to CarGurus, I went in knowing that they had overpriced their vehicle. So I decided to hold off on purchasing, but still, at that point I was still semi-impressed with the dealership, and I left thinking that I'd still like to do business with them. A week passes. I contact Rick and ask him if he'd found any vehicles within my price parameters. He offered me the same vehicle at about $700 less (i.e., still not within the budget parameters I'd outlined). I told him that wouldn't work for me, but that I'd check in with him again. When I contacted him again, he simply stopped responding. I guess he figured I was wasting his time. Little did he know that I had the cash to make a deal then and there--if they had offered a reasonable price, they would have made the sale. As it turns out, the vehicle they were trying to sell was in a wreck. They HAD listed it with the free CarFax, but for some reason CarFax didn't start reporting the accident from a year earlier until a month after they had it posted online for sale. I have no idea how something like that could even happen, but it certainly raises an eyebrow as to whether or not Car City knew about the accident beforehand (and let's face it--anyone worth their salt in repair or a body shop can tell, so it should have been identified by their inspection if they bothered to do one). But the bottom line is that they still haven't sold the vehicle in question, and they lost a potential customer because they didn't think my business was worth their time and effort. Meanwhile, I went and purchased a brand new vehicle elsewhere that I couldn't be happier with. More

Emailed an inquiry directly to Kimberly about this car at 8am and still received no response by 6pm. Called dealership and the Sales Manager Corey advised me that the car 'lost' its CPO about a week ago and it is not 'their fault' the BMW site has incorrect information. Laughed when I said I had wasted my time and that they should show valid information in regards to CPO. Terrible Experience More

Overall, I was very pleased with the service as they kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and made sure the issue was resolved in a timely manner. My only concern was with the pricing, as this is the only BMW dealership within a 100 mile radius, the service prices tend to be a little more money as they have a monopoly on this sector of the market. In June of 2012, we had our Chrysler Sebring in for diagnostic testing--the car was running sluggishly and our mechanic did not have the equipment to do the proper diagnostics. The dealership charged diagnostic testing--the car was running sluggishly and our mechanic did not have the equipment to do the proper diagnostics. The dealership charged us a bundle for one level of testing, then proceeded to perform more tests that we did not authorize. When we told them we had not asked for these additional tests, they charged us anyway and would not release the car until it was paid. Even with all that expensive testing, they did not find the actual problem. Now--six months and three mechanics later, we finally discovered the problem, but in the meantime it has cost us hundreds in repairs! If they were any kind of mechanics, they would have discovered the right problem the first time. And despite repeated attempts to get justice, they have refused to do anything. At this point, I would happily give them the car for the $3,000 I am out and they can do whatever the xxxx they want with it. But they don't care and they show that they don't care--ripping off a disabled couple on a fixed income and refusing to make it right!!!! Shame on them! More
