We just moved to this area last February and we own two explorers and a mustang. We have been in for service for all three vehicles. Blaine checks us in and runs the quick lane. If he was the first face people were seeing at my business I would be very pleased. He is always pleasant, dependable and kind. My dealings with him have been impeccable. Please be sure that he gets the credit he deserves. The only negative experience we had with Kindle was with a serviceman named Luke or Lucas. We brought our old Explorer in for major service as our teenage daughter just got her liscence and this will be her car. We had it serviced for a brake problem last year by our mechanic in CT who commented on what good shape it was in for it's age. Lucas told us that he would not work on the car because it was in dangerous condition but that he would give us a good deal on a trade in. A third mechanic just confirmed the opinion of the first mechanic stating that the car is in good shape for it's age (95). I'll leave this matter in your hands but have requested that he not go near any of our vehicles. This is not how I would treat a loyal customer. Sincerely, Kelly Bomd More

He set my expectations from the beginning and assured me that my vehicle would taken care of. He periodically checked on my vehicle to give me updates and how much longer until it was completed. Blaine is the reason why I will keep coming to Kindle for my service needs (even though I didn't buy my car there) and future vehicle purchases. When I received the invoice for the work done, he explained everything in detail of what was done, and why it was needed. There was nothing left unturned. This gentleman needs to be seriously considered for upper management due to his extreme customer service. More

First time at this dealer, Kindle Auto Plaza: I am very impressed with their service. The service writer, Luke Wilson was professional, courteous and listened to my concerns. My husband is in hospice at home. I told him I couldnt be away long. I used the quick lane and he met me immediately. I may not be able to leave home for a while without someone there due to his downward spiraling condition. He was so sympathetic and understanding. He efficiently handled my requirements. He showed me how to get the refund on the special and went over the bill etc. He was very friendly and comforting. He explained all charges. I hope he stays. He is new to the service dept. I have only been going there for a few visits and last time I was treated nicely but this time it was royally, by Blaine. When I come back it will be because of Blaine AND the specials, in that order!!! More
