I brought in my car twice I have an understanding that Infiniti does not stand behind its warranty They show me that the computer that nothing is wrong, I don’t know computers and I don’t know cars the b Infiniti does not stand behind its warranty They show me that the computer that nothing is wrong, I don’t know computers and I don’t know cars the bottom line is that the same problem still persisting Each time it’s a different answer My wife called Mr. Nelson and he said there is no time to look at the car to take it apart. The last time I was In for service they charge me for two pints of oil Mr. Nelson asked me who was the last one who worked on your car? Did you go to some other place? I said no, the last time someone worked on my car was infinity I am very disappointed in your service. I drive my car it does not have a pick up. It makes noise each time it goes more than 20 miles an hour. It’s a grogging noise. We are very disappointed. We need infinity to get to the bottom of this problem, and please not tell me come back again and again. More
