I had an issue with my back seat on my new QX60. I called my salesman (Buddy) and he provided assistance with my service appointment. I arrived at the service department this morning. To my surprise I was in & out of there in 10 mins. The service staff was also very friendly and accommodating to me. I’m so glad I’m a part of the Infiniti family!!! More
