I received a Safety Recall Notice on my 2018 Kia and the letter said to contact an authorized dealer. So, I called Kings Kia and I was told that they would get back to me as soon as they checked their parts letter said to contact an authorized dealer. Had my daughter's car in twice for oil leaking into the engine. The first appt they said it was due to a recall and would fix it. Picked it up later that day and was told it was fixed. Two weeks later it was again leaking oil into the engine. Brought it back in and 2 days later they claimed they could not find the issue and were unable to repair it. My daughter was told that she could either add oil herself every couple weeks or they could run a diagnostic to see if they can find anything but it would cost her over $600 dollars. The service tech then proceeds to tell her "I wouldn't suggest doing the diagnostic because it probably will not tell us anything anyway and since its no longer under warranty that I suggest you just drive it until the engine blows and then it will it be covered". What???!!! Who the xxxx says that and actually thinks we will believe it? I guess because it was a female and they didn't think she would know any better. I then called the service department 10 times since that appt and have left 10 messages but still have not heard anything back from anyone!! Got tired of waiting to I took to another shop and they had the issues fixed in 1 day with no problem!!! This is the second time that we have had an issue with the car and both times it has been a nightmare getting anything done. The first time was thankfully just an issue with getting a broken door handle fixed, them ordering the wrong handle after FIRST looking at the car to make sure they ordered the correct part, 3 trips in to get it fixed when it was done incorrectly and the wrong part ordered. I thought we could give them another try with the leaking oil issue, but obviously that was more of a headache than the first time. Once they get your money on purchasing a car then from the point on they don't give a crap about any further help or customer service. Never, buying or dealing with this dealership or service department again and will NEVER buy another Kia after this. More
Our car's engine blew up (a known and fully warranted Kia issue) while on vacation, over 600 miles from home. The area dealer said it could take 4-6 months for a replacement to be installed. After 2 long months, we learned how Chris, the Service Advisor at Kings Kia, helped another family in the same situation. Within 18 days, Chris was able to put the wheels in motion (no pun intended, but I'll take it), an engine was ordered, installed, and the car shipped to Kings Kia, where we picked it up. We are forever grateful for Chris' amazing principles, professional conduct, and extraordinary customer care. He went above and beyond. Thank you, Chris and Kings Kia! More
My wife's been coming here for maintenance on a more than regular basis for close to maybe two years now. The car's been burning oil more than normal that long. My wife called the dealership's maintenance an regular basis for close to maybe two years now. The car's been burning oil more than normal that long. My wife called the dealership's maintenance and asked what she should do. Guy literally told her over the phone that she should drive it out and if the car breaks down they'll tow it. I can only assume this is to void your warranty because it would be negligence on your part. I called the dealership and brought it up, they got us an appointment. They had her do some test THREE TO FOUR TIMES where they put oil in the engine and marked the dipstick and told her she couldn't remove it to check the oil while the test was in process. Each test took 1k miles. I made sure to get this in writing. It was then determined that the catalytic converter was burning. At one point they had to change spark plugs. A quick search online of the 2015 kia soul exclaim shows literally that burning oil the way it has been, a burning catalytic converter, changing of spark plugs are all symptoms of these things engines going bad. So KIA played my wife until the warranty went out, no surprise, and I see online that there's a class action lawsuit against KIA for these things. I will actively start look into seeing if we can join it and discourage everyone I talk to from coming here. More

Awesome Stopped in at Kings KIA Auto Mall for a ‘Drive-In’, didn’t have an appointment, oil change and ALL points inspection. Also got a tire rotation. Dusty Moore and Chris Metz did an awesome job getting me taken care of in a very efficient manner. They couldn’t have done any better as i was treated like a family member. So glad I ‘car shop’ at Kings KIA. This is the reason I keep coming back after buying my 4th KIA from them. This kind of service is what KEEPS me coming back. Thank You More
My car sat on the lot for nearly 3 weeks! Refused a loaner! I had my 2015 K900 towed to Kings Kia on 5/7/19. I was informed by a service rep (Dustin) that my battery relay was defective and I needed the battery I had my 2015 K900 towed to Kings Kia on 5/7/19. I was informed by a service rep (Dustin) that my battery relay was defective and I needed the battery replaced. I was informed it would take 5-7 days to complete the service. I ASKED FOR A LOANER VEHICLE BECAUSE OF THE NUMBER OF DAYS MY VEHICLE WOULD BE THERE AND I WAS TOLD KINGS KIA DIDNOT ISSUE LOANER CARS! I contacted Kia a week later and was informed the battery relay was completed but they were waiting for the battery to be delivered. I contacted the same servicer rep numerous times to inquire about the status of my vehicle. I then contacted the service manager to express my disgust as to why I did not have my vehicle. To my chagrin he told me I should call Kia! I told him why should I have call someone other than who I was talking to? I also informed the service manager of the cost incurred ($954.11) for car rentals! I went to King's Kia on 6/3/19 to physically inspect my car. I was directed to the service rep I had been dealing with. The service rep walked me to my vehicle and opened the truck and directed me to where the problem was. It was upon inspection I could plainly see there had been no work performed on the battery relay! In essence my vehicle sat out there for over 3 weeks without any service(s) being performed! I was never contacted by a Kings rep about the status of my car! I contacted Kia on 6/5/19 and was informed my car was ready. I will never take my vehicle and or buy1 from King's Kia! More
