Rude inconveneint I keep going back, because it is where I purchased the vehicle. Called on an oil leak that is from the Oil Pressure Switch that is only under warranty until 60,000 miles and they do not have a tow service and would not recommend one. Service advisor took real attitude towards me. More
Theft from car My son took our Kia Optima in for the free oil change. We had a problem in the past with the service department recommending new wiper blades or tires after new ones had just put on, but yesterday one of their employees took $200.00 out of the center console. He had forgotten it was in there. My husband called the dealership to report the theft. My son also went back in and they told him that it could have been done by anyone. They told him to file a police report which he did. I called back to let them know that after buying 4 cars from them, I will not be back. UPDATE - One day later - they have replaced my son's money with a $200.00 check. Thank you to the dealership for stepping up and doing the right thing!!!! Kudos!!!! More
Really terrible customer service. I am trying to get a tow for my car that is under warranty and will not start. I have been on hold with Kia Roadside Assistance for at least 25 minutes and out of desperation, decided to use this dealerships chat function on their website. I wait for a bit, and finally Leah enters the conversation. I tell her I need help and she says she will get with the service department. As I wait, for around 10 minutes, I see that the agent has let the conversation without helping me. This is terrible customer service. If this were a life and death situation, like my car burning or exploding, I suppose I would be out of luck. I guess I am lucky that it just won't start. More

Scheduled an oil change, took an hour and a half for an oil change, when I complained about the time it took I had a very large man chase me to my car and corner me with my toddler standing there with me, it terrified me. Supposedly that was taken care of so the service manager convinced me to return. Wait over an hour ( has been 2 hours a time or two) for an oil change. I call to schedule and the people are rude. Disappointing and upsetting. Will not return. More
I came in for service work and a quote. I spoke to Jeff on the phone and he made me feel very good about the situation and assured me that they would do their best. When I got to Kings Kia, I worked with N on the phone and he made me feel very good about the situation and assured me that they would do their best. When I got to Kings Kia, I worked with Norm. He greeted me and made me feel very welcome. He helped me and answered all my questions, no matter how small or silly they were. He made me feel sure that he would take good care of my car and give it the best service. Norm not only gave amazing service, but he also took the initiative to look up if I qualified for any other additional deals or discounts. He also was prompt and timely. I had a great experience and would not go anywhere else for my service check ups or work. I will always be a Kia fan and a fan of the people who work at Kings Kia! Thanks for everything! More
