Kings Mazda - Service Center

I've reviewed the service center before and everything was great.. not so much these last few go arounds. While everyone is friendly and polite, they keep telling me my cx-5 is fixed, but the issues are w was great.. not so much these last few go arounds. While everyone is friendly and polite, they keep telling me my cx-5 is fixed, but the issues are worse than ever every time I pick my vehicle up. What's worse, I didn't have these problems until after I took my vehicle in for a different reason. This has been on going since may 23rd. It's a great group of people over there but they dropped the ball on this one. More

Tony was polite and helpful. He was the first person I came in contact with at Kings Mazda. He answered my questions. Had to bring the car back because one thing was not completed correctly. Much more disappointingly, My audio system amp failed a mere 12 hours after getting the car back where speakers and battery wer completed correctly. Much more disappointingly, My audio system amp failed a mere 12 hours after getting the car back where speakers and battery were tangentially impacted by the work. Could it be a coincidence? Awfully odd, but enough doubt thrown from them where I'm all on my own. Loaner vehicle was provided during the multiple days which I did appreciate. More
