The waiting area has moved from, free coffee, soda, water and snacks to a vending machine. Nickel and dining the customers who are waiting during the service. More

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience at our dealership. There are two waiting rooms at our dealership, one that does not have a TV, and one that does. In the area with the TV, we do have free bottled water. Coffee and snacks have been put away due to the COVID situation...however we are looking at bringing them back in the near future. Certainly not our intention to in any way nickel and dime our customers with vending. We do not make any money from the vending machine and provide it because some have requested one. Please know that I appreciate your comments, and we will try to get free snacks and coffee out as soon as it is safe to do so. In the meantime, please let us know if you would like a soda or something and I will be more than happy to get you one. We do very much value your patronage.
