Rick knew the cars-- he spent (literally) hours with me, I had to go home and bring my instrument to make sure it would fit...he helped with that, he stayed VERY late to deliver the car---always with patience and kindness. He handled the negotiations in a way that felt like he was representing both me AND the dealership--no small feat! His manners were impeccable----and as a female consumer, I felt respected and understood at all times. I hope that Rick Dennis is still at Kirby when I buy my next Subaru! More

I love Kirby Subaru for many reasons. I have ner had a bad experience here. All staff is professional, courteous, competent and friendly.
