Absolutely horrible! Had my car in with Jr never called me till roughly about 4 said he was done. It was just an inspection and oil change. I picked it up he forgot to discount my coupon ok I can deal with that. When I got in my car there was oil stains inside no lube sticker and the oil life is at 5 % now I’m hot. I called. Jr in the morning he said he would talk to the tech and call me back surprise never did I called then I asked for someone in management I got a voicemail of a guy name Todd he never called me back I waited a day called service I asked for Todd they said let me check if he’s in I can hear him say send it to my voicemail. Trust is earned ha! Would you trust someone that doesn’t return phone calls at all. It’s fine I’ll take my 4 cars my wife’s family’s 6 cars and we will find another place. Don’t even bother responding oh wait you don’t. More
Spoke with Service Manager on 9 June 2021 regarding an invoice. The Service Manager was professional, understanding, and took the time to understand the customer's concerns and frustrations. Awful Rep[air Service Experience I took my vehicle in for an annual inspection and was told that the driver's side mirror needed to have the glass replaced because it was clouding ove I took my vehicle in for an annual inspection and was told that the driver's side mirror needed to have the glass replaced because it was clouding over. Since it was just the glass (GM part 88981032 which is about $45), and it was explained to me they can easily "just pop it in", I said to go ahead with the repair before asking for an estimate as it would most likely be inexpensive.. When I received the bill, the cost was over $400 for the mirror. I contacted GM and they explained to me that $400+ would be what an ENTIRE mirror assembly would cost, not just the glass which would be, as said, around $45. But, when I checked the mirror assembly, I noticed I still had the original part and just new glass (I know this because of the presence of small scratches that have been on the mirror housing). That was my first issue with Klick Lewis service. A couple of months later, I had to take the vehicle back for service as it started squealing. They diagnosed the issue and stated it was the tensioner pulley and serpentine belt. Both items were replaced, but the car still squeals just as bad as it had before. This is not my main concern, although it's not ideal. What made this visit worse was this: while I was at the service department, I mentioned that my HVAC control unit was failing (flashing which is a very common issue) and would eventually need replaced. I asked them to quote me a price, which they happily did. All good so far, but when I got home and looked over my bill for the belt and pulley replacement, I noticed they charged me $112 to "diagnose the A/C system" - which is NOT something I had even asked for. So, needless to say, this hasn't left me wanting to ever go back to Klick Lewis for any purchases or vehicle service. More

I noticed some damage that wasn't addressed during the initial repairs. After several attempts to get in contact with someone at the dealership I was very rudely told to not contact them again. Damages are still not fixed, Klick Lewis has lost my future business. More
Fantastic experience start to finish. Alex Risser explained everything wrong with my truck to me putting me at ease knowing that I was making the correct decision to trade it in. I was offered a reasonable trade for my truck and was very satisfied with my trade in and sales process with Bo Setlock to get me into a new vehicle promptly with a great warranty. Overall I had a great experience at Klick Lewis and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or service a vehicle. More
My mother recently purchased a quality certified preowned vehicle from Klick Lewis and I was so impressed with the quality of service that she received that I decided to take my own personal vehicle (2004 Fo vehicle from Klick Lewis and I was so impressed with the quality of service that she received that I decided to take my own personal vehicle (2004 Ford Escape 4x4) in for service. I priced two new Goodyear Integrity tires (235/70/16) for my vehicle and Klick Lewis beat everybody else's price by nearly $25 per tire! I dealt with Ben Rodriguez in the service department and he was extremely polite and professional. While having the tires installed on my vehicle, he also took the time to explain that my serpentine belt was showing signs of wear and asked me if I wanted to have it replaced. I appreciated Ben's concern as I am a Special Education Assistant and travel 18.6 miles to work each day. Needless to say, I allowed him to change the serpentine belt as well. Due to circumstances beyond their control (power failure), I had an extended wait for service to be completed on my vehicle. But the work was done correctly, giving me the piece of mind of knowing that my vehicle is completely ready for whatever winter has to offer. Ben even gave me a generous discount for my inconvenience of having to wait so long. From the moment that you arrive at Klick Lewis, whether it is for sales or service, you can absolutely tell that they value and care about their customers. I would recommend the service department to anybody. More
