I found a truck listed as new on their website in December of 2021. I contacted them to express interest in the vehicle and indicated I was a fleet buyer eligible for fleet discounts. They quoted a r December of 2021. I contacted them to express interest in the vehicle and indicated I was a fleet buyer eligible for fleet discounts. They quoted a rate higher than listed on the website and said they needed my fleet number. (with fleet discount would have been what was shown on website). Since I am out of state they mailed the purchase documents which then disclosed the truck was actually used and no fleet discounts available. The sales staff was unable to explain why the truck was listed as new and why he sent me a quote for a new truck when it was in fact used. The purchase amount was again different from all prior conversations. There were other significant problems with the paper work having incorrect information and inaccurate calculations. I lost all faith in the dealership but still wanted the truck so I flew to Texas to see if the truck actually exists. The dealership expected my arrival but was still unprepared. They did not have proper paperwork in place for purchase. Furthermore, they again had different numbers on the paper work from all prior documents. After a couple hours they were able to piece together the necessary paper work and insisted on charging me the Missouri state tax. (I understand this is how Texas works but Missouri does not have a system to accept payment from the Texas dealer). After 3 months of fighting with Knapp they finally refunded the $4,000 taxes and mailed a copy of the title so I could get the vehicle licensed in Missouri. While signing documents in their office I refused to put my signature on a blank power of attorney form. When copies of the forms were later mailed to me I found that their office forged my signature on the still blank form and even notarized it. At no point through the entire process was I happy with the experience. The staff was unable to answer basic questions and failed to provide accurate documentation. The finance officer talked about how the sales rep had no idea how to do his job and the salesman said the same about the finance guy. The place is poorly managed. Despite numerous requests to speak with a location manager I never heard from anyone. I bought three other trucks this year from other dealers and had a fabulous experience. Stay away from Knapp if at all possible. More

Took in for a recall and was told it would be done within a few hours. I called at the end of the day only to be told that the service department was closed and there is nothing that can be done about me not a few hours. No rental or loaner offered and NO contact whatsoever about the status of my car or the fact that now i have to find a way to go another day without a vehicle More

The worst ever!!! I have bought a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of companies but they take customer service to a new low. They posted an Silverado 3500 truck for sale with no photos. The price/condition appeared right and I called intending to buy it. I asked for the Used Car Mgr, Emilio, who said he the truck was a trade and they did not have it yet but he would get me photos shortly. When I did not receive them, I called him several times. He refused my follow-up calls, voicemails, and emails. I then called and asked for the Devin the General Sales Mgr. He said he knew the truck and stated twice that he would get back to me with info in 15 minutes. That never happened and he treated me to a repeat performance of Emilio's poor customer support. I would never deal with an organization with an obvious culture of customer disdain. They are the worst! If I could give them a negative star rating I would. More
Initially went to a Chevy dealer that was closer. We priced out the vehicle and trade at that one and went home for the night. Spent the night looking at dealers a little further away and found Knapp. T priced out the vehicle and trade at that one and went home for the night. Spent the night looking at dealers a little further away and found Knapp. They offered more for my trade and had a much larger "dealer discount" than the first. Same vehicle, I ended up with an 8200 out the door cost compared to the 11600 at the other Chevy dealer. Could I have reduced it a little more, possibly? I was happy with the purchase and am looking to walk in and purchase another vehicle within the next few months. No issues yet with 500 miles on the Blazer. Looking forward to working with them again. More
I recently bought a '20 Colorado and I have had multiple issues with the dealer. Too many local options to shop here. I have had problems with finance and service. My loan was off by about $900 and I didn't catch it until I got my first payment notice . They said they would fix it and did not. I also had to have the truck serviced almost immediately. Thats okay- it happens. It took three trips to get a small problem fixed before I even made my first payment. Cherry on top was when I went to pick it up and an employee that just got fired was making a scene. On the plus side, my sales associate Mia was very friendly. More
This place is terrible when it comes to after the sell of the vehicle with license plates and inspections.
