I had an appointment with Rico Zazueta. When I arrived he sold me Wilfredo was going to help me. There was no expression from Rico which should have been a warning for me. The sales process with Wilfredo was an absolute nightmare. He was pushy, pushy, pushy! According to him, I did not have an approval check, that I was only prequalified. NO!! I was already approved for a set amount with a check from my credit union. He tried to sell me on a “package” along with the vehicle which put me over my approved amount. Needless to say I got up and walked out. I ended up going down the street to Toyota and bought almost the same vehicle, but better. There was no hassle and they had no problem accepting my check. Avoid this dealership like the plague! More

This is a bait and switch dealer. They advertised a car for $31,000 but, when you get to the dealer it's $50,000. Then on top of that, their cars have overprised lo-jack options, nitrogen air, etc. This is clearly a dealership that is looking to take advantage of the public. More
Purchased a vehicle remotely and worked with Rico and Kim. The dealer added undisclosed “dealer accessories” after the listing, which had to be pushed back on. They then stalled the paperwork and later claimed they never agreed to the discount, pressuring me to pay the extra $1,000. Only after I said I would walk away did they honor the original deal. The second key was never delivered, and since closing they have completely ghosted me - no replies to texts, emails, or calls. This was a classic bait-and-switch followed by zero post-sale accountability. Proceed with extreme caution, especially for remote purchases. More
I unknowingly purchased a new 2026 vehicle in December with pre-existing mechanical and electrical issues. After escalating to speak with a manager for clarification, I was given apologies and assurances. However, when I reported that the problem continued immediately after the second service visit, I was met with complete silence. For weeks now, the sales manager, service manager, and service advisors have ignored my calls, texts, and emails. These issues are real and documented with photos and videos. Despite this, management dismissed my concerns, saying it was “normal for a showroom car” and that the vehicle was “working itself out.” That is unacceptable for a brand-new car. During the purchase, I was also told that leaving a 5-star review would help close the deal, so I strongly encourage future customers to be skeptical of this dealership’s ratings. This dealership seems focused only on quick, easy repairs. When a problem requires actual investigation, you’re ignored. One service manager even told me, “we don’t get paid to try to figure something out.” The only positive experience I had was with Niko in sales. Everyone else—Miguel, Jose (“Nacho”), Isaiah, and Donovan—was unresponsive or dismissive. More
