I have just become a Knippelmier Chevrolet Customer for life! We just purchased a 2012 Buick Enclave from their "used" car department. The vehicle looks like a brand new never driven one except for the ve life! We just purchased a 2012 Buick Enclave from their "used" car department. The vehicle looks like a brand new never driven one except for the very low mileage on the odometer. I first started my search for a "new" vehicle online and found several that I liked on Knippelmier's website so I requested information on the ones that I had chosen. Their response back to me was very quick. My salesperson, Jordan Looney, gave me all the information that I requested but never ever pressured me to buy right now. He told me that he would be happy to make an appointment with my husband and I to look at cars when it was convenient with us and that he would like the chance to earn our business. I told him I would get back with him and that was that. We actually called him that evening and asked to come look at the cars I had selected. When we got to the dealership, he had the vehicles ready for us to test drive. No pressure at all from him. He asked us if we wanted to take any of them for a drive, which we did. He stayed at the dealership while my husband and I took the vehicles and drove them. When we got back, he was there to answer any questions we had but never pressured us to come set down and make a deal until we told him that we had picked one we liked the best. At that point he said we could go in and talk about pricing. We haggled a bit and he was more than willing to present our offers to the head of sales. Each time he came back with a reasonable counter and we were very quickly able to meet in the middle for what we felt was a very fair price on a nearly new SUV. Paperwork department was very fast and friendly with very limited amount of papers to sign. Again, there was no pressure for extras to be added on and we were so glad to see that there were NO EXTRA FEES AT ALL added to the sales price that we had previously agreed upon. No processing fees, no extra fees at all!! We were in and out of this dealership within 3 hours of walking in the door. These are good guys that really do want to earn your business. There are no cocky sales people in fancy shirts and ties waiting to jump on the next person that walks in the door. These are just good guys trying to earn a decent living by selling you a car at a very fair price and I will be a customer for life! Our daughter and son-in-law had purchased from Knippelmier within the last year and they encouraged us to go see them because they had the very same experience that we had and were completely satisfied as well. Go see Knippelmier! They will take great care of you and when you leave with your new vehicle you will be surprised to find your blood pressure is normal and you won't feel like you have been taken advantage of. More
A very smooth transaction. No added fees like other dealers charge. Entire buying process with a trade took less than an hour from walking through the door to driving out with a new vehicle. To start off, I litterally could not believe the experience I had at knippelmier. In the military they go into core values a lot. Due to a little case of identity theft I havent had the best credit in recent times and they were still able to put me in a new truck with 6.9 APR simple interest, keep in mind my situation. Dont ask me how they did it, I dont even know. They told me they werent going to farm my information out to find a lender either. If the first lender didn't work out, they'd come to me right after and we'd talk about what I'd want to do from there. They got me financed first try!! OUTSTANDING! There was little, wait, NO pressure to buy. They walked me through all the paperwork and gave me the best deal I could have every hoped for! If I could rate them higher in all areas, I would! Everyone at Knippelmier took the time to greet, thank, and congratulate me on my purchase, as if I was the only one to purchase that day. Of course I was not, but that's the kinda treatment I recieved. I couldn't say any of these things about any other dealership I have ever dealt with. To wrap things up, my salesman filled the truck up with gas for me and showed me all it's features and functions then told me if I had any problems or qestions, that I could give him a call. MY SALESMAN did and said this!!! They've made a customer for life. No matter where I'm at when I decide to buy another vehicle one thing's certain... I'm coming back to knippelmier and looking for Rick gray. Outstanding work guys! More
