Zak was great to work with. Came in looking for a Tiguan but the trim we wanted was not available. Zak suggested a Mazda CX5 and a day later, we drove out with a new Mazda! My repair went overtime and they continued to work on it past 5 PM on Friday so I didn't need to take a loaner car or get a ride at the the customer.
