I went to Koch route 2 late March to look at a corolla cross. Deborah Goguen met me in the lot. I asked a cupel of questions about the car. There was no pressure to by the car that day but every thing went well and I did get it that day. During the paper work the a gentlemen whose name I don't remember set down and tolled me that he mite be able to save me up to one thousand insurance. I told him I was happy with I have and he thanked fore my time. The hole prosses went that well. I have tolled coworkers and family how much I liked dealing with Deborah and the dealership. More
This Toyota dealership location has changed management a few times over the past 20 years . I've purchased 5 new Toyota vehicles from this location over that time , had them all serviced there . After today few times over the past 20 years . I've purchased 5 new Toyota vehicles from this location over that time , had them all serviced there . After today's visit I will never buy anything from this location or any Koch location again . From the moment I arrived the service advisor was rude and unhelpful . It got worse from there . It's like that old saying ,,,, "bad employees to use good customers" . More
Fear mongering tactics. Been going there for 4+ yrs with my FJ, with all mileage maintenance updates. Last owner, wonderful. New owner, scammy. From my last oil change 4 months ago and a clean bill of health, my FJ suddenly developed 9K worth of multiple problems. It was almost laughable. While I waited for my oil change, I was approached by a sales rep asking if I would be interested in trading in for a new car. Suddenly all made sense. On two other occasions there, I was told that my FJ was a highly desirable vehicle and I could make alot of money selling it. Additionally, after this last appt, the covers that house my power window switches were tampered with and are totally loose when engaging the window buttons. I called twice to ask what happened, left detailed messages about the problem, and they never responded. I youtubed a video on how to open those covers, so I could have a look inside to be sure all was OK, and when I popped them up (the right way), I saw they had broken the locking mechanism when they opened them, which is why it's so loose, flimsy and wiggles now. What were they doing in there, I have no clue. But I no longer trust them, and I believe they'll go to great lengths, and possibly sabotage, to reach their goals. So needless to say, I won't ever be returning. More
This dealership has gone down the toilet. The service dept is all over the place. Oil changes taking 2+ hours. Staff is rude. Cant question anything without being talked down to rudely. I asked a guy named Mike in the svc dept who was working on my car. This man literally says to me “why do you need to know that? You don’t need to know who’s working on your car.” Appalled at the service this place gives. We keep money flowing to your pockets and help you keep your job. I don’t understand how a business can operate the way this one does. We have already reached out to a different dealership that will accept our maintenance package and honor our warranty. Bye bye Koch. I’ll help line the pockets of people that actually know how to treat people decently. More
I had my car serviced there. They recommended brake service after inspection. I knew I was close on brakes so I had them do it. He applied the coupon and then charged me $38 of “additional fees”. I’m used to $40 to $10 pf “shop fees” but $38 is xxxxxx stupid. I wrote to customer service about this asking for an explanation of what I paid the $38 for and received no answer. THEY ARE CROOKS. More
Ignorant, rude and disrespectful staff in the service department. I made an 8AM service appointment to get my oil changed. After 20 minutes of waiting a disgruntled, angry and confused employee “William Obin” in the service department decided to help me. He said I didn’t need an oil change even though I specifically requested one. I bought a new Toyota which I was told came with 2 years of free service not 2 years of dealing with disrespectful staff. I was treated like crap by this dealership and will never be coming back next time try and listen to your customers. Retrain your staff and make yourself a better experience for future customers if I could give zero stars I would. Tried to get a hold of the service manager Neil who was didn’t return my call. If you go to this place bring your lawyer! Paperwork disappears or changes as soon as it leaves your sight. Every staff member in sales and finance was rude to the point of being ignorant and arrogant through the whole experience. They are overpriced and will do anything to take as much money from you as they can. They refuse to take checks from any bank other than the ones they use. If you are from another state they will not fill out the paperwork for the DMV in your state. They will only fill out the Massachusetts RMV1. Do not go to this place if you want to be treated with any respect. More

This place requires you to wait 2 plus hours for a scheduled oil change or leave your car for the day. T Toyota owners need to avoid this dealership. The service writers are very rude and seem unphased by presence of customers. I have been here more than once and had to wait for a personal conversations to finish before being acknowledged. On the other hand I now know intimate details about one of the service writers boyfriends and how poorly behaved the kids are of another. More

He should be fired immediately just based on how he treats people and how he responds to reviews. Being in his presence at rt 2 Toyota was the most disgusting, awful time I have ever spent somewhere. My family will never go here again and we are making sure to spread the word. Something needs to be done about this horrific disgrace of a man. He is unprofessional and unhinged. I've never dealt with someone in customer service like this in my life. I'm 35 and I have NEVER written a review on ANYTHING. Until today. Please do something about this. He cannot treat people this way. More
