We wanted a Volkswagen with a diesel engine.In visiting the dealership we checked on the different models that fit what we wanted. We ended up picking the New Passat with the TDI diesel. Lance was able to find a buyer for our trade in immediately. The Passat took 6 months for delivery, but now that we have taken delivery we are very happy with the car. The service was everything we could have hoped for. Lance is very thorough in explaining all the details of the car and how it all works. He also showed us where we would come for service. We did not feel pressured, but certainly taken care of. More
