I bought my 2012 Ram 1500 Big Horn a few months ago from Jonathan, what a great salesman, knowledgeable, helpful, intelligent and a genuinely happy guy. In fact, I was able to finance this truck for 84 months at 0% interest AND I got a $9000 rebate on the truck. Did I say I LOVE MY TRUCK? It is awesome. I decided after the fact to add stock Dodge towing mirrors to the truck and Craig, Joe and Jim worked through the process of getting Dodge to add the codes needed to make the new blinkers and puddle lights to work, at no charge. Customer service is definitely not something Kolosso take seriously. I brought my 18 month old vehicle in for service work on the brake system entire front brake system had to be replaced as well as caliper seriously. I was told the parts would be warranty but that the rotor resurface was $55 even though rotors were damaged by parts covered under warranty also $100 deductible for the front brake system to be replaced. On top of that all I received was attitude and smart a$$ answers from service manager. I was in talks with salesman about new Ram to replace my current truck when I first dropped off my van for service. But I have now taken my business to another dealer I will not purchase any vehicle from Kolosso so long as the current sales manager is still employed there. More
